Principal Platform Software Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Platform Software Engineer to help build and operate Scientific Discovery Platform services supporting data-intensive and compute-intensive scientific workloads. In this role, you will work with experienced engineers, product managers, applied scientists, and customer-facing teams to deliver reliable software, understand customer workflows, and contribute to rapid product iteration.
You are expected to work at Oracle’s London or Reading offices 4 days a week for this role. The role will also require you to frequently travel to Oxford.
