Oracle’s Life Sciences Services organization is seeking a hands-on manager with people management experience and a background in Oracle healthcare patient accounting to lead application support services at Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
This role requires a manager who can lead staff while actively helping troubleshoot issues, review configurations, manage escalations, and improve patient accounting workflows. You will be accountable for daily support delivery, team performance, and coordination with hospital leaders and Oracle technical teams.
***Candidates must be willing to travel 25% and 50% during project phases to the greater Cleveland, Ohio area
