Oracle’s Life Sciences Services organization is seeking a technical support professional with hands-on Oracle Health Patient Accounting experience to support Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Our organization provides managed IT services to healthcare organizations that outsource their IT operations to Oracle.
In this role, you will support Oracle Health Patient Accounting applications, troubleshoot issues, assist with configuration and updates, and help improve workflows that support the hospital’s operational needs. You will collaborate with hospital stakeholders and Oracle technical teams, with guidance from senior team members as needed.
***25% travel required and 50% during the project phase to the greater Cleveland are specifically onsite at Southwest General Hospital.
****Oracle Health Patient Accounting experience is required.
