We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Program Manager (TAPM) to support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) hiring initiatives in North America.
As a member of the OCI Talent Acquisition team, the TAPM is an integral partner in supporting hiring initiatives and hiring delivery. This role partners closely with Recruiting Managers, business leaders/stakeholders and Talent Advisors (TA) to align talent acquisition projects/programs with hiring demand and long-term company goals.
This role is based in Nashville, TN - please do not apply if you are not able to work out of the Nashville office on a weekly basis.
