Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager – Operations to lead complex technical and operational initiatives, with a strong emphasis on automation, internal tooling, and regulated medical device development. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will serve as a strategic partner and hands-on technical leader, building scalable solutions that improve execution across Engineering, Product, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations.
The ideal candidate combines technical program leadership with practical experience building automation and using Codex and other AI-assisted development tools. You will pair these capabilities with medical device regulatory experience to strengthen documentation, traceability, release readiness, and compliance as HDI expands globally.
