This role is specifically for an Automation & Operations Specialist to support automation initiatives, transaction processing, and operational projects for CES OH. The role requires independently leading stakeholder discussions, translating business needs into practical solutions, and building basic to moderately complex automations using business-user-accessible RPA, AI, agent, and low-code/no-code platforms. The successful candidate will develop a broad understanding of business functions and processes, connect needs across teams, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and user experience. The Customer Entitlement Services (CES) for Oracle Health provides validated customer assets and entitlement data to the Customer Deal Desk (CDD), Client Renewals, and Client Account Executive (Sales) teams for generating Quotes and Order Documents for various business transactions for Oracle health, including extension, renewal, expansion, migration, termination, amendments.
