We are seeking a Lead Principal Business Program Manager at the IC5 level, based in Nashville, Tennessee, to drive business operations, performance reporting, and cross-functional program execution for the Compute and AI Infrastructure organization.
This is a senior individual contributor role with substantial ownership of complex programs and business processes. The person will partner closely with the M5 Senior Director of Business Program Management serving as the Business Chief of Staff, support Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) and Vice Presidents (VPs), and work alongside members of the M5’s team to advance organizational priorities.
The role will own assigned workstreams across business and revenue operations, workforce and hiring tracking, internal status reporting, monthly business reviews (MBRs), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and customer QBR reporting.
