Role Summary
Own the end-to-end RMA repair operation across Asia to ensure returned server systems are repaired and returned within the agreed turnaround time (TAT). Partner closely with suppliers, repair sites, and Oracle data centers to anticipate repair demand, remove operational constraints, and minimize hardware impact to data-center operations.
