Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is building toward a bold north star: a platform that can run OCI services across thousands of regions and stacks with autonomy as a first design principle. I am building a new team with the charter to make every change deployment — from small configuration updates to major multi-service architectural changes — automated, safe, verifiable, and traceable. We will rethink the full experience, from the change-management programming model through CI/CD, using proven foundations where they work and inventing new approaches where they do not.
This is an opportunity to solve foundational distributed-systems, developer-platform, and reliability problems with broad impact across OCI. I am hiring Director of Software Engineering position who are excited by large-scale cloud infrastructure, deployment orchestration, operational automation, and building trustworthy systems.
