Customer Data Management – Finance & Sales ensures accurate, standardized customer account creation and sustained data quality through proactive attribute reviews and corrections. The team owns Finance & Sales data creation and correction for global and multibyte countries, along with Public Sector classification reviews worldwide. By simplifying and standardizing processes, leveraging AI and RPA opportunities, and proactively resolving data issues, we enable reliable operations, faster turnaround, and a seamless customer experience.
An AI-Enabled Learning & Knowledge Lead supports Customer Data teams by developing learning programs, managing process knowledge, and using AI tools to improve access to information and employee capability. The role ensures accurate, up-to-date training and knowledge resources, drives adoption of new processes and tools, and helps improve operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.
