Data Product Analyst - Operations
Full-time Temporary position based in Ho Chi Minh City
Timeline: From December 1st 2026 until June or July 2027.
About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst as part of the Product Team and reporting to the Data Product Lead, and working closely with the Customer Experience & Operations Products & Tech teams.
We are seeking for someone with exceptional skills in SQL and a strong emphasis on impact assessment.
You will be defining KPIs, creating dashboards and analyzing data to generate hypotheses, targets and follow up on the impact we generate for our customers and the company.
You will advocate for data driven culture, as well objective analysis over the impact of our work.
This is a full-time, Temporary role based in our Ho Chi Minh City office.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the proper definition and monitoring of the team KPIs & OKRs
Support Customer Experience & Operations Product managers with data analysis for specific business cases.
Define key user actions to be tracked to ensure we are able to analyse their behaviour and make sound decisions to improve the User Experience.
Conduct data querying and analysis, supporting the team in providing actionable data insights that lead to measurable impact.
Create reports & dashboards for communicating insights with stakeholders.
Work on A/B test setup and analysis to validate core hypotheses and assess the impact of product changes.
Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics/Business (with a data focus), Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data & product analytics, preferably in e-commerce and operations, you adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in SQL. (Experience in Python is a plus)
You’re curious about AI and how it can improve your work, and keen to explore practical ways to use it in your day-to-day activities.
Experienced in statistical methods and experimentation.
Skilled in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong communication skills in English.
A team player who is structured, detail-oriented, and thrives in a startup environment.
