What you'll do
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective reporting and analytical solutions.
Use data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that support operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making
Analyze complex business and operational problems , combining information from multiple sources to identify root causes, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
Work independently as an individual contributor , taking ownership of deliverables from requirement gathering through completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and reporting challenges.
Identify opportunities to improve reports, dashboards and analytical processes.
What you'll need
6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related area.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Strong hands-on experience with related AI tools/AI-enabled ways of working implemented practically.
Knowledge of Azure datalake is a plus.
Good stakeholder management, communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with maps, geospatial, or location-based data is advantageous but not mandatory.
