Who You Are
You have 5+ years of experience across growth, marketing, partnerships, strategy, or related roles in a digital consumer business such as streaming, music, entertainment, media, or technology.
You have strong experience with music and fandom and understand how fan communities form, what drives engagement, and how fandom can translate into measurable business outcomes.
You understand growth marketing and connect cultural and creative ideas to measurable outcomes such as consideration, conversion, and subscriber growth.
You have experience independently owning and scaling artist-led campaigns, partnerships, live experiences, or similarly complex consumer initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement.
You are comfortable using data and audience insights to make decisions, test hypotheses, measure impact, and refine your approach.
You work effectively across functions and can influence outcomes without direct authority, particularly when collaborating with Music, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and other teams.
You are curious about cultural trends and user behaviour in India and enjoy testing, learning, and iterating to understand what drives Premium consideration and conversion.
Experience working directly with artists, labels, fan platforms, music or entertainment marketing, or Product teams on consumer-facing experiences can help you succeed in this role.
