Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Finance & Procurement Systems to manage alignment, integration, and operational efficiency across our financial technology landscape.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Enterprise Tech teams. You will drive cross-functional alignment and ensure our core platform stack, specifically Ivalua (Source-to-Pay), Conga (Contract Lifecycle Management), and Data Lake & Analytics tools, operate as an integrated, scalable ecosystem. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, data ecosystem alignment, stakeholder management, and change governance across global business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of cross-functional project initiatives on time across Procurement, Finance, and Legal to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive business processes across enterprise tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business process owners with IT/execution teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly translated, prioritized, and delivered.
- Establish detailed project governance, including scope management, roadmaps, status reporting cadence, stakeholder communication plans (incl. Steering committee updates), RACI governance for cross-brand deployments, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation (RAID logs).
- Oversee the end-to-end business rollout and optimization workstreams for core platforms, including Ivalua, Conga, Simfoni, and others, and their alignment with internal Financial ERPs.
- Partner with Data and BI teams to ensure the systems ecosystem effectively supports the business need for streamlined spend analytics, compliance tracking, and accurate financial reporting.
- Evaluate current-state Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) workflows to identify operational bottlenecks, streamline procedures, and highlight opportunities for automation and agentic AI.
- Ensure seamless business workflows and process continuity across the entire procurement lifecycle, from supplier onboarding and sourcing to contracting and purchasing.
- Champion organizational change management (OCM), coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), training programs, and post-go-live hypercare to ensure smooth transitions for global user bases.
- Define and track project success metrics focused on tangible business outcomes, such as tool adoption rates, cycle time reductions, user satisfaction, and contract compliance.
Role Requirements
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience managing complex system implementations, system integrations, or digital transformation programs within Finance or Procurement functions.
- Proven track record in a global, matrixed scale-up or high-growth environment.
Functional & Technical Expertise
- Procurement & Finance Systems: Hands-on project experience with enterprise Procurement/S2P tools (specifically Ivalua or equivalents) and Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
- Experience or a base understanding of Agentic AI in procurement/finance workflows: e.g., evaluating or piloting AI agents for tasks like sourcing recommendations, contract review, invoice exception handling or supplier risk flagging, and an understanding of how these agents plug into Procurement and Finance systems, as mentioned above.
- Data Architecture Awareness: Good functional understanding of data warehouses and analytics infrastructure, and how data flows between transactional systems and central data lakes.
- Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and / or Hybrid project management frameworks.
- Awareness of Security and compliance elements for these tools: including SOX Controls, GDPR or equivalent, segregation-of-duty requirements, or data considerations in financial systems
- Experience running vendor evaluations/build vs. buy decisions and managing vendor roadmap alignment
Soft Skills & Stakeholder Management
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate complex data architecture concepts to executive leadership.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities in multi-system data flow scenarios.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and building fact-based decisions in a multi-brand and regularly changing business landscape
