Growth Marketing Analyst (f/m/x)

HelloFresh · Amsterdam, North Holland

The role: What's in the Box

Factor Europe delivers fresh, nutritious, ready-to-heat meals to your door. We're growing fast across five markets (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden & Denmark), and we're looking for an analyst who also builds.

You'll be the data-savvy, tech-forward builder in the Factor Europe marketing team based in Amsterdam, reporting to the Growth Lead and acting as our main link to the global data team in Berlin HQ. The role has two parts that feed each other:

Builder. You use AI tools every day to build what the team needs: reports and dashboards, data pipelines, automations, internal apps and models. The goal is not to do reporting, but building structures that enable the team to work better and smarter. You own what you build: you talk to the people using it, decide what to build next, document it and keep it running.

Analyst. You answer the team's hardest questions on acquisition, retention, paid media, discounts and incrementally. You run deep-dive analyses, evaluate A/B tests, and turn the results into clear recommendations for stakeholders at different levels.

You'll have a lot of freedom and can get things live fast, with the technical depth to build them properly. We expect you to take initiative and bring your own ideas. You'll work directly with the CMO and the rest of the marketing team, while having a close relationship with other analysts in the Factor EU team (Amsterdam) and the central teams (Berlin HQ).

What you’ll do: The Recipe
- Build and maintain automated reporting, dashboards and data pipelines
- Design, ship and maintain internal tools, apps and models with LLMs and AI coding tools for the marketing team
- Spot slow or broken processes in how the team works and fix them with data and automation
- Run analyses on customer acquisition, retention and paid media performance, and turn them into recommendations
- Evaluate A/B tests and help design better ones
- Work as the gateway to the global data and BI team in Berlin: learn their tables, tools and roadmap, and bring new developments into Factor
- Share what you learn with other analysts across the group

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, statistics or a similar quantitative field
- 3+ years in analytics, BI, data science or a similar role, driving business impact with data. Marketing metrics and consumer-facing experience are a must. E-commerce is a big plus
- A quantitative and analytical mindset and skillset. More specifically, you have strong SQL skills, experience with statistical analyses (e.g. AB testing, regression modeling). You also have experience in visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Hands-on AI experience (professional or personal). You use LLMs and AI coding tools regularly and can show us things you've built with them
- The habits that keep what you build working over time: version control, documentation, testing and programming beyond SQL (such as familiarity with Python which can be needed to troubleshoot)
- Good business sense. You understand what the team is trying to solve and can present your work to people at various levels
- Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work and think beyond the scope of a given assignment
- You are capable of both thinking strategically about challenges and rolling up your sleeves to get things done, with an eye for detail
- At ease in a fast-paced and demanding environment and experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
- A growth mindset and a "learning never stops" attitude

Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. There are many different ways of developing skills, and we love diverse experiences! So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.

Are you the missing ingredient? If this sounds like a tasty opportunity, we’d be excited to hear from you. We aim to review your profile and respond within 5 business days.
