What you’ll shape
As a Professional Services Specialist, you’ll help deliver thoughtful and compelling POCs that show prospective customers how Frontify can work for their brand and organization.
Depending on the project, you might create the POC yourself or manage its delivery through one of our agency partners. You’ll turn customer requirements into clear briefs, coordinate timelines and progress, provide feedback, and make sure the final work meets our standards before it reaches the customer.
When creating POCs yourself, you’ll use customer brand guidelines, assets, and requirements to build Frontify environments that are visually strong, accurate, and relevant to what the customer is trying to achieve.
You’ll manage standard projects with growing independence, keeping stakeholders informed, identifying issues early, and asking for support when needed.
Tooling is an important part of how we work. You’ll use Frontify alongside creative, productivity, and AI-powered tools, experimenting with different approaches to help us work smarter, solve problems, and improve the quality of what we deliver.
We don’t expect you to arrive knowing everything. What matters most is that you’re curious, resourceful, organized, and excited to learn.
What you’ll do
- Support the creation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) for prospective customers.
- Help recreate and structure brand spaces based on existing brand guidelines, PDFs, or portals.
- Create visually compelling brand showcases, presentations, and POC materials that support pre-sales conversations.
- Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and quality across POCs.
- Review content and layouts to identify inconsistencies or missing elements.
- Collaborate closely with the Professional Services team on shared POC initiatives.
- Contribute to improving internal POC templates, guidelines, and best practices.
What you bring
- You’re curious and enjoy learning new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
- You’re comfortable experimenting with AI tools and interested in finding practical ways to use them in your day-to-day work.
- You enjoy working with brands, visuals, layouts, and digital experiences, even if you don’t come from a traditional design background.
- You’re comfortable coordinating work with others, setting clear expectations, following up on progress, and keeping projects moving.
- You can take a customer request and turn it into a clear brief that someone else can successfully work from.
- You have a strong eye for quality and are comfortable reviewing work, giving constructive feedback, and making sure the finished result meets expectations.
- You’re resourceful. When you don’t know how to do something, you explore, test, ask questions, and find a way forward.
- You’re organized and can manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities while knowing when to ask for support.
- You communicate clearly and proactively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- You enjoy collaborating with others and are open to feedback, different perspectives, and new approaches.
- You’re interested in understanding the why behind a request, not just completing the task.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Claude, ChatGPT or similar is helpful, but not required. We care more about your ability and willingness to learn.
- You’re fluent in English; German is a plus.
