What you’ll be doing
As our CRM Manager, you’ll be the person who builds and improves the automated journeys that keep our customers engaged and coming back.
You’ll join our B2C CRM team and take care of the customer lifecycle: automated customer journeys, retention campaigns and conversion rate optimization, rather than one-off campaigns. You’ll work mainly with Product Marketing, plus Product and Legal, to improve engagement, conversion and retention across our 6 million customers. You’ll start hands-on and, within your first months, grow into shaping the strategy. Over time, your focus may move to a specific product. You’ll report to the Lead of our B2C CRM team.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Strategy & impact on OKRs - Track how the products you follow are performing against their Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and design lifecycle and campaign strategies that move them. Join cross-team discussions to understand and influence decisions.
- Campaign and lifecycle setup - Build and run automated journeys (canvases) in our CRM tool, following the shared strategy across channels (email, in-app messages, push and more). That includes segmentation, personalization and creative development.
- Project management - Lead medium-complexity projects with other teams, mainly Product Marketing, plus Product, Legal and Data. Gather requirements, make sure our communications are compliant, and shape the solutions that bring them to life.
- Performance & KPIs - Define project KPIs and run A/B tests. After every launch, check the results on your own (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, retention, ROI), then optimize and share insights that shape the next strategy.
- Continuous optimization - Review how we work today and propose improvements. Keep an eye on what competitors are doing and bring ideas and proposals to the team. Keep up with CRM platform releases and suggest ways to improve what we already have.
- AI-driven innovation and automation - Use AI to make campaigns and lifecycle programs more efficient, segmentation more accurate and ideation sharper. Find, propose and ship new ideas that scale the business and challenge the status quo.

Does this sound like you?
- Experience & education - A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or a related field) and around 5 years of hands-on experience designing, managing and optimizing CRM campaigns and lifecycle programs, including automated customer journeys.
- Industry experience - A background in fintech, banking or insurance is preferred. Experience in large-scale retail or in digital B2C apps is also welcome.
- Technical skills - Solid expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms, and the autonomy to build in them yourself. Knowing Braze is a plus, and experience with similar tools counts.
- Analytical mindset - Strong analytical skills. You look at the results of what you launch and optimize on your own, without being asked, using data to make decisions.
- Stakeholder management - You work well with different teams, gather requirements and turn them into clear, actionable solutions.
- Organization & autonomy - You are highly organized and work well both in a team and on your own.
- Proactivity & adaptability - You learn quickly, take initiative and adapt your approach as things change. You’re happy to be hands-on at the start and ready to take on strategy as you grow.
- Creative thinking - A creative mindset and the ability to produce compelling campaign content.
- Curiosity for AI - You’re eager to bring AI into your daily work and to find new ways to use it.

Initial salary: Starting from €40,000 gross per annum
This baseline is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role’s core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise.
