Operations is at the core of Kifli.hu http://Kifli.hu, ensuring our fulfillment centers run reliably, efficiently, and at scale every single day. As we continue to grow, external partner capacity and workforce services are critical to our operational flexibility and high-volume performance.
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end management of external suppliers and overall warehouse capacity across our operations in Hungary.
In this role, you will lead supplier relationships, lead a team of coordinators, and partner closely with operations leadership to ensure our fulfillment centers always have the right capacity to hit ambitious business targets.

- Direct business impact: You will directly influence Kifli’s daily operational performance, fulfillment capacity, and ability to deliver on growth targets.
- Full ownership: You won’t just track metrics—you will directly own the supplier relationships, external workforce strategy, and capacity lifecycle across our Hungarian operations.
- Build and scale: You will design and implement scalable processes to improve capacity flexibility and remove operational bottlenecks.
- Leadership exposure: You will manage and coach a team of coordinators while working closely with senior operations leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN AND DELIVER
- Supplier & Capacity Management: Own the capacity lifecycle for our fulfillment centers and build strong, high-performing partnerships with external suppliers.
- Operational Alignment: Partner with operations leadership to forecast capacity needs and align supplier plans with changing business priorities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of project coordinators (in-house or outsourced), ensuring consistent execution and delivery against operational targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify capacity constraints and introduce process enhancements that increase flexibility and speed without sacrificing quality.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain clear oversight of daily warehouse capacity status using updates from suppliers and project coordinators to make data-driven operational adjustments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant Experience: Proven track record in managing external suppliers and large-scale capacity within retail, logistics, FMCG, e-commerce, or similar fast-paced environments.
- People Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing teams to achieve operational targets.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong knowledge of capacity management strategies with the ability to leverage operational data to drive decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships across internal operations teams and external vendors.
- Language Skills: Fluent Hungarian and advanced English (both written and spoken).
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working in a fast-scaled, hyper-growth, or e-commerce environment.
- Knowledge of local labor market trends and Hungarian labor law concepts.
