Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. We are on a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste: alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Sales Representative in our Sydney team, you'll play a pivotal role in introducing Too Good To Go to local businesses and forging partnerships that support our mission.
- Partnering independent businesses with the Too Good To Go app via proactive cold outreach, using a blend of face to face meetings and over the phone selling.
- Onboarding new partners onto the app, educating them on how to use and setting up their schedule
- Account management for the first 28 days your signed stores are live on the app
- Using Salesforce to track conversations and maintain CRM hygiene
- Hit weekly activity and monthly store signing targets
What we’re looking for:
- Sales or customer-facing experience (SDR, retail, hospitality or similar)
- Excellent communication skills — confident on the phone and face to face
- Self-motivated and resilient — can take feedback and run with it
- Organised with strong attention to detail in CRM and follow-up
- Interest in sustainability and hospitality is a plus
