About the role

Trustly offers guaranteed and non-guaranteed payments, so approval rate and loss are a live conversation with every customer. You will be the risk voice in those conversations, starting before terms are signed. You will own the risk relationship for a portfolio of customers: the reporting they see, the thresholds they ask about, the remediation when return performance drifts, and the expected loss and guarantee tier that go into their pricing. This is an individual contributor role. This is an individual contributor role.
