Warehouse Trainer / Trainer Logistik (m/w/d)
Rohlik Group · Frankfurt am Main, Hesse
At Knuspr, speed matters. Quality matters. But none of it works without people who know what they’re doing from day one. That’s where our trainers come in.
We’re looking for a Warehouse Trainer who will help new colleagues settle in fast, learn the job properly, and grow into confident, high-performing team members. This role is part onboarding, part coaching, part culture-building — and a big part of what makes our warehouse teams work well together. If you enjoy working with people, teaching by example, and helping others improve every day, this is your opportunity to shape our operational performance directly on the floor.
Why this role is exciting
- Direct impact: You’ll have a direct influence on how quickly new employees become productive, confident, and successful in their daily work.
- On-the-ground leadership: You’ll help shape team culture right on the warehouse floor — not from behind a desk.
- Key operational partnership: You’ll work closely with team managers as a trusted partner for onboarding, development, and floor performance.
- Diverse daily work: You’ll support both newcomers and existing team members across various departments, making every day different.
- Real ownership: People will rely on you directly for guidance, clarity, and practical support.
What you’ll do
- Onboarding & Training: Coordinate and lead onboarding for new warehouse employees across different departments and operational processes.
- Coaching & Feedback: Provide regular feedback, motivate employees, identify individual training needs, and build practical improvement plans.
- Material & Process Improvement: Support the development of training materials and help roll out new warehouse processes so teams understand and execute them correctly.
- Quality & Standards: Ensure warehouse safety rules, operational guidelines, and quality standards are followed consistently.
- Management Alignment: Partner with managers to evaluate training progress, track effectiveness, and continuously improve training methods based on floor needs.
- Culture & Floor Support: Act as the primary go-to person for daily floor questions and serve as a role model for Rohlik culture, teamwork, and customer orientation.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in training, coaching, or onboarding; background in a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment is a plus.
- Hands-on Mindset: Open-minded, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Communication & People Skills: Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with people, offer constructive feedback, and remain calm under pressure.
- Structured Approach: Well-organized, attentive to detail, and genuinely passionate about helping others succeed.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, apps, and new workplace technologies.
- Languages: Professional working proficiency in either English or German is required. Additional languages (e.g., Romanian, Russian, Polish) are a strong advantage.
What we offer
- Real impact: Your work directly drives floor efficiency, team performance, and our company's overall results.
- Fast execution: Good ideas are implemented almost immediately — without waiting for approval from distant headquarters or getting stuck in corporate bureaucracy.
- Innovation-driven culture: We don't just follow industry trends; we aim to set them.
- Growth & Reward: Fair compensation, continuous opportunities for professional growth, and clear career paths.
- Team & Culture: A supportive, energetic team and legendary company events.
