The Seller Success Department’s mission at Back Market is to source great products that our customers want, working with thousands of refurbishers selling on our platform. The Sellers Operations & Intelligence team being the backbone of the Seller Success Department, drives convergence, efficiency, and data-driven insights across all seller channels and geographies.
Back Market is looking for an analytical and hands-on team member to join the Sellers Operations & Intelligence team.
Reporting to the Lead of Sellers Operations & Intelligence, you will help Seller Success Managers to operate more effectively by improving tools, processes, reporting, and program execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improve the tools, dashboards, and reporting used by Seller Success Managers to monitor seller performance
- Support team routines and workflows by simplifying processes and reducing manual work
- Run and optimize seller programs operations, especially our seller incentive programs
- Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy for business reviews and decision-making
- Partner with Seller Success Manager, Analytics, and Product teams to implement scalable solutions
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency and insight generation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, SQL is a must, and experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Google Sheets, Omni, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience supporting commercial or account management teams with processes, tools, or performance tracking.
- Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
- Strong sense of Ownership & positive learning attitude are must-have
- Good organization & communication skills, and not afraid of writing structured documents
- English is no-brainers (fully professional capability in English). If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!
